Fibre Laser Protective Windows

Replacement fused silica protective windows (cover slides) for fibre laser cutting heads. The protective window sits below the focus lens and shields your optics from spatter, smoke and debris — a cheap consumable that protects an expensive lens. Available in sizes from 18×2mm to 37×7mm to suit machines up to 20kW.

Choosing a protective window
The correct size depends on your cutting head model and laser power — higher-power machines use thicker windows to handle the heat load. Always match both the dimensions and the power rating to your machine. Replace the window as soon as you see pitting, burn marks or reduced cut quality; a damaged window lets debris reach the focus lens.
