- Raytools — M14×32 thread (D32). Fits BM109, BM110, BM111, BM114 and Empower/BT240 series heads.
- Precitec, WSX, Ospri, Boci — M11×28 thread (D28). Fits standard D28/H15 cutting heads across these brands.
Choosing a nozzle
Single nozzles are typically used for fusion cutting with nitrogen; double nozzles suit oxygen cutting of thicker mild steel. Smaller nozzle sizes concentrate the assist gas for thin material and fine detail; larger sizes suit thicker plates. Nozzle size and standoff both affect edge quality and dross.
